RETURNS POLICY 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help.

You MUST email us to arrange your return. Please contact our customer service team via email at byblue@mail.com. To speed up the process of your return please provide us with your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and THE REASON FOR YOUR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE.

Without this information we CANNOT process your return.

  • We offer full exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order. You can exchange your product for a different item or size.

                                                            OR

  • We offer store credit vouchers.
  • If your item arrives faulty then please email customer services straightaway and we will sort it out for you.

RETURN CONDITIONS

    We CANNOT process returns via Instagram or Facebook messages.

    Items must be in the original condition with no marks, stains, holes or makeup.

    Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of any smells including smoke.
    We're unable to accept returns for any underwear & swimwear if the hygiene sticker has been removed.

    Sale items are final & non returnable.

    Full price items must be returned in the original packaging, with the tags still attached and not tampered with.

    We are unable to accept returns for gift cards, handmade items, gift boxes, mystery boxes or made to order items. 

    If a product was purchased to receive a free gift, it must also be returned with that free gift to receive the full refund on the original order. If we receive a return without the free gift, we reserve the right to deduct the current website price of said gift or reject the return without it. 

     

    EXCHANGE PROCESS

    To initiate a credit note or exchange, please complete the following steps: 

    1. Email customer service byblue@mail.com indicating you wish to apply for an exchange. You must include your : Name, Order Number and Product your wishing to exchange for. 
    2. Within 1-2 days of you emailing our customer service you will receive our returns address to package and send your parcel back to. We do not offer return labels. We must receive the package back within 14 days of you receiving your order. You MUST include your order note in your package back to us & write on this what your wanting to swap for. Without this we won’t know who you are or how to contact you. 
    3. When your package arrives back to us we will inspect your return and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. This email will either confirm your exchange or provide you with your store credit voucher code.
    4. If an exchange your new item will be processed swiftly and will be sent within 2-4 working days. 

    PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH RETURNS OR PRE PAID SHIPPING LABELS. If you would like to make an exchange you will have to send the package back to us. 
     
    SHIPPING

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you are shipping an item over £75 then you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    We are not responsible for lost items in the post.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    In the unfortunate circumstance that your order arrives and it is faulty, please email us at byblue@mail.com immediately so we can help and sort this out for you as quickly as possible.
